Community Involvement
Parent participation in Holy Spirit School programs is a vital part of the tremendous success of our school. We promise that you will get more than parent hours from sharing your time, gifts, and talents with the students and faculty and community. The purpose of Parent Participation is to contribute time to supplement many school programs, to support the Holy Spirit School staff, to directly raise money to improve the school facilities, to enhance school programs and technology, to build community and school spirit, to provide support to our parish, and to support the Parent Club which contributes yearly to the school budget thus decreasing tuition costs. Parent Participation is gifts of time and talent that benefit the school, your child, and their education. It is a great way to get all families involved and to meet other parents in the school community. In addition, it means a great deal to your children to see you involved.
For more information, read the Parent and Student Handbook.

Room Parents
Volunteering as a room parent is a great way to be involved in your child's classroom. As a room parent, you will assist the teacher in a variety of ways including field trips, birthdays, parties, and special events. Contact your child's teacher or the Room Parent Coordinator, Germaine Albano, if you are interested in assisting your child in his or her classroom.
Cafe Espiritu
Every Friday morning, you can get your favorite cup of Java at
the Cafe Espiritu in the Small Hall! You can buy specialty coffee
or hot chocolate and pastries to enjoy, in addition to helping the children for classroom supplies or items. You can volunteer to help or simply purchase food or drinks.
Cash for Class
It’s easy!… Every time you, your family, and your friends shop at The Fremont Hub, just turn in your school receipts to help Holy Spirit School get closer to winning valuable prizes. Our school can win prizes ranging from $200 to $2000!

Golf Tournament
HOLY SPIRIT GOLF TOURNAMENT - The Golf Tournament was a great success on October 1, 2011! A BIG Thank You to all of the HS staff and parents, who golfed, volunteered, sponsored a hole and contributed to the class gift baskets. Without all of your support this annual fundraiser would not be possible. We were blessed with good weather, 61 golfers and 3 new tee sponsors. I am fortunate to have such wonderful parents who took the time to spend their Saturday with me taking directions and doing whatever was needed. I truly appreciate all of you!
Thank you, Renee Baca, HS Golf Chair.

Christmas Boutique
The Children's Christmas Boutique was a big success. The students shopped carefully for just the right gifts, paid for their treasures, and then took home their gift-wrapped presents for family and friends. We all remember that Jesus is the best gift of all!
